Thirteen Things:
1. My 20 year class reunion is coming up, but I do not wish to go. Not to worry, my husband won’t try to talk me into going, because he doesn’t want to go to any of his either. I wouldn’t mind having a video of it, if it existed, but I just don’t want to be there. Maybe someone else can go and take pictures for me? Any volunteers?
2. Speaking of reunions, I must loose some weight! I cannot stand to be in my skin covered fat!
3. My sister, “L” is coming to visit me next week, so I might not be online as much then. (not that anyone would even notice, well maybe a small few would notice)
4. I want to do that hair salon thing. I think I will go talk to my bank just to see if I have any chance at a small business loan.
5. I want to redecorate my hall bathroom, not like the walls and floors and stuff, just the shower curtain and accessories. I found a really cute set at Kohl’s that has these cartoon looking fish and it’s real colorful and fun looking. I think the kids would like it.
6. I wish I were a naturally neater person. I leave cabinet doors open, and laundry unfolded in baskets all over the house.
7. Oooh! OR! I wish I had a magic little elf that followed me around and cleaned up after me all day making sure that I shut doors and throw trash away and whatever else. That would be sweet.
8. I am doing this 13 on Wednesday instead because I have to go to a thing for work tomorrow (Thursday) and I won’t be home to play on the pc all day long, like I always do instead of doing anything productive.
9. Okay, really I do some things productive, just no one can tell by looking at me.
10. Oh, so I was looking in this Norwegian Recipes Book that I have (because someone gave it to me because I am a descendant of
11. I also found a few recipes that sound good, so maybe I will try some of those, not the disgusting ones.
12. We are trying to sell a 2005 Hyundai Sonata, in great shape, my husband bought a truck for himself and now we have two cars and one we don’t need. It would be in our best interest to sell the one that we still owe, and keep the one that is paid off, but that may not happen. How many people want to buy a used Hyundai 2005 when they could get a new 2006? I don’t know, maybe somebody would.
13. got lots of stuff I could be doing besides this, so that is all for me for now folks!

My 20-year-what-have-you-done-with-yourself-graduation-party-thing is coming up too, I am not going either. I wish I could see a video of mine too. Hey, do you want to go to Helena, Montana and tape mine and I'll go to Texas and film yours? HAHAHAHAHA.
And now I have to get busy too. My house looks like a dreadful mess. We have been painting and it's made the most god awful mess you can imagine!
Anyway, have a good day!
nice blog karen, you should add adsense
Bloodsausage...where do they come up with these recipes? Scary thought!
Anyway,I'm changing my blog addresses. Email me at lortones65@yahoo.com and I will send you the new addresses.
Have a Great Day!
blood sausage....nasty!
I see 2 people on your site right now so there are people who care! I have not been commenting as much on anyone's because of school but I do check in with you!
Go for your dreams girl...if you want a salon....there are lots of women in business things you can get info on....call your chamber of commerce!
good idea, random girl, in fact, you and me must be the two on here right now! How funny is that?!
Also, I was happy to check back in on my site and see that FOUR people had already commented! How excited I was!
That blood sausage sounds a lot like black pudding, that everyone eats in England (and personally, I find REVOLTING). Blood and fat. Mmmmmm.
My 13 are up.
I wish I had a little elf to follow me around, too. That would be great. Actually, I'd put him to work first. Then once he's done cleaning then he could follow me around. ;)
I say go for the salon. Everybody should do what makes them happy... as long as it doesn't hurt others in the process.
I have a Norwegian Recipes Book, too. All I have to say is... it didn't make me hungry! Maybe I should read that every time I get hungry. Hmm... ;)
Thanks for stopping by my 13!
I'm a crazy Norwegian who is trying to find an "authentic" recipe for blodpolse--not because I plan to make it. I'm trying to write a story that has a hog butchering day in it. Now that sounds weird, I know, but the story takes place in 1939.
Back in the days when every part of the pig was used, the blodpolse--the first meal on the day of butchering--was considered a delicacy by the old-timers.
If you have the time or inclination, I would love to get the recipe from you.
I'm new to this blogging thing, and don't know if you will get it today, or if it will be attached to your March entry. I'll cross my fingers.
Thanks. I enjoyed reading your blod, I mean blog.
I have no web page, just an e-mail address--anghenri@sierranv.net.
