How come Beta Blogger doesn't keep me signed in like the old Blogger used to do? Hmm?
I prefer summer in Texas, because at least then you know how to dress every day: for hot weather! Winter in Texas means you might need a heavy jacket, or a light jacket, or long sleeve shirt and pants, or short sleeve shirt and capri pants, or a bathing suit! Ya just never know! And the weather people are often wrong about things. So the best bet is to dress in layers: bring along a heavy coat or a light jacket, wear a short sleeve shirt under a long sleeve shirt, wear jeans that can zip off into shorts if needed. Man, I sure could have used THOSE pants when I was a kid! I remember wearing jeans and cutting them off into shorts as I wore them because the day was too hot! I hope they were jeans that were already getting too short for me at the time, because that would have been a big waste!
I'm taking the kids into the doctor's office today instead of taking them to school. They have had a cough that just will not go away, and they have had it forever it seems. I wonder if they have whooping cough? Maybe we all have it? I don't know?
Of course, someone points out to me that we might all be sick because the house is dirty and needs dusting and vacuuming and our sheets need to be washed. Well, that may be so, but quit scolding me!
