I gave myself some fake fingernails the other day. I am still getting used to them. As you can imagine, it is difficult to type. I am making many mistakes and having to backspace a lot!
The kids are out of school this whole week. But I have to work a lot. They will be spending some time at Grandma's house this week, and they love that!
We had the boy's birthday party this weekend. I will be posting pictures from that soon in my slideshow thing. We also went to little cousin's birthday party this weekend too! She had a fun bounce house!
I started doing this research study for pre-diabetes recently. I have to take what I am assuming is the placebo, because I feel NOTHING from these pills. They are supposed to break up the sugar in your body so that you don't keep the sugars in your body, and some people have been getting nauseous from taking the pills. But I have not. I feel nothing! And you should be loosing weight slowly with this pill, but I think I might have gained a few pounds! Yuck! But then again, I have had a lot of birthday cake and ice cream lately too. Hmm. Well, that will all be gone soon enough.
Well, I gotta go get ready for work now. Poo. Don't wanna go. But could use some extra cash, that's for sure! So, off to work I go. Hi- ho.

I have heard about those pre-diabetes studies. I have meaning to check something like that out. If I ever found a study I would probably be given the placebo too! Talk about a way to mess with your mind!!!! :)
