Exercise!

Finally! This morning I finally went for a walk in the park for about 22 minutes! I was a good girl and streched before and after. I feel energized! And tired at the same time. I could take a nap or I could clean the house.
Now, I plan to go every Tuesday and Thursday after I drop off my daughter at her preschool class. So, twice a week I have no kids and that is when I will go for a walk. My walks will get faster and I will go for longer as time goes on. I used to go walking every single day, once upon a time. And that is when I looked my best. Hopefully I can get close to my best again. That is my goal. Then, and only then, perhaps I will post a bathing suit photo here. Perhaps. But that is still a long long way off.

Get Mari Winsor 20 minute Pilates...It's not only low impact but really really really works!!! I lost like 6 inches in the first 2 months of using it faithfully everyday!

I went walking again today. I almost tried to skip it thinking I could just come home and take a nap after taking both kids to school, but I put those tennies on and went for it!

NO! dont' skip it! Do it everyday...without fail. Stay motivated and when you don't feel like it....keep pushing yourself! self.com has a challenge with some great diet foods, hints, exercises etc. you should check it out! I have to force myself out of bed sometimes....literally drag myself screaming and kicking! Keep it up girl!
